Soufflés are one of the many things that seem hard or very time-consuming to make. That can be true, but what I found was that they also represent me. Over time, I've found a love for baking and cooking, and I realised that during my time, I had needed to rise to the occasion. Rise towards what I thought was true, and stand for what I believe in. This here, is my journey.
